Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own identity or using any other name, identity, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk1971 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled bets, and forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts.
You warrant that all information provided during account registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
The following persons are not eligible to register or hold a pk1971 account: employees, contractors, consultants, directors, or officers of pk1971 or any of its affiliated companies; immediate family members of any such person; persons who have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform; persons acting as agents or nominees on behalf of any ineligible person. Any account found to be held by a restricted person will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
pk1971 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all registered players. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC"), may be initiated at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at pk1971's discretion. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested to facilitate identity verification, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request from pk1971 may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold, account access being restricted, or in persistent cases, account closure. pk1971 will not process withdrawals to any account that has not completed KYC verification to our reasonable satisfaction.
pk1971 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account. pk1971 provides two-factor authentication ("2FA") as an additional layer of account security. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA on their account. While 2FA is currently offered as an opt-in feature, pk1971 reserves the right to make it mandatory for all accounts at any time upon reasonable notice to players.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pk1971 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to one business hour to process. pk1971 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk1971 accepts no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods held in a third party's name are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, pk1971 will return the deposit to the originating payment method and may suspend the account pending investigation.
All pk1971 account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. What you send is what appears in your account balance, with no hidden conversion spread.
Withdrawals from pk1971 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the issuing bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount from pk1971 is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day; current limits are displayed within your account withdrawal section.
pk1971 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed identity verification (KYC) to our reasonable satisfaction. Players are strongly encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration, rather than waiting until a withdrawal request is made, in order to avoid delays in accessing winnings.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have been credited to your account via qualifying deposits, and winnings generated from real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
pk1971 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request where: the account has not completed KYC verification; there is an active investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse on the account; the source of deposited funds has not been satisfactorily established; or the withdrawal request is under review in connection with an anti-money laundering assessment. In such cases, pk1971 will notify the player and provide a reasonable indication of the expected timeline.
From time to time, pk1971 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all pk1971 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers and, unless specified otherwise, bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. pk1971 applies active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming a welcome offer under multiple accounts; placing opposing bets across accounts to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements; using patterns of low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk1971 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the account.
pk1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A promotional offer that has already been accepted and credited to an account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of acceptance, unless pk1971 determines that the offer was accepted in error, was the result of a technical fault, or was exploited in breach of these Terms.
pk1971 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or series of bets at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to: suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; errors in odds or game settings resulting from technical or human error; a player exceeding applicable stake limits; or any circumstance in which pk1971 reasonably believes the bet was placed in bad faith or in exploitation of a system error.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds or on terms that contain an obvious error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), pk1971 reserves the right to void the bet at the erroneous odds and, where applicable, either re-settle at the correct odds or return the stake to the player's account. Deliberate exploitation of palpable errors is classified as prohibited activity under Section 9.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, pk1971 will investigate and resolve the situation as promptly as practicable. Where a malfunction has affected the integrity of a game round or bet, pk1971 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake. pk1971 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
Each game available on the pk1971 Platform is governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing real-money wagers. pk1971 does not alter the rules of games supplied by third-party certified providers and cannot be held liable for player losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk1971 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pk1971. Unauthorised use of pk1971's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk1971 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
You may close your pk1971 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts with pending KYC verification or an active investigation cannot be closed until the relevant process is concluded.
pk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; you have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request; a regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed us to do so; or we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.
Upon closure of your account for any reason, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned to your payment source at pk1971's discretion, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms in connection with prohibited activity or fraud. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written consent of pk1971.
pk1971 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk1971's international offshore gaming licence. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access the Platform on a voluntary basis and accept that the laws of their local jurisdiction do not govern the terms of this agreement.
